The web version of Outlook allows you to recover deleted emails. They are stored in the Deleted Items section and can be redeemed within 30 days. In some cases, it is also possible to retrieve the files even after the folder has been emptied. Ideal for restoring messages accidentally or mistakenly deleted in other folders.

How to recover deleted email sent to Deleted Items folder
In the left pane, go to the Deleted Items folder and select the email to be redeemed. If you want to tag more than one message, use the circles left of the subject. Then press the Restore button. Conversations will be recovered immediately

How to recover an email that has been removed from the Deleted Items folder
If the email is not in the Deleted Items folder, you can verify that it is in the Recoverable Items folder.
Step 1. In the left pane, open the Deleted Items folder. Then select the Recover Deleted Items button from this folder.

Step 2. Mark the desired email and press the Restore button. Similarly, you can select more than one message by ticking the left circles.
