How to pay bills by mobile with the Santander app | Productivity

With the Santander Bank application, you can pay bills by phone from anywhere, with the only need to have a smartphone with Internet access.

The app is available for Android and iPhone (iOS), and payment is made through the barcode, which is identified by the back camera of the device.

The user also has the option to enter the numeric code manually.

To access the app, you need to have some information, such as the holder's CPF and the electronic password, registered with the bank.

In this way the user can fully utilize the bill payment function.

At the end of the process, the Santander app generates an electronic voucher that can be printed or shared through other apps.

Step 1.

Download the Santander app.

After installation, open the app and click "Sign In" or the arrow to sign in to your account.

Complete the required information: Account Holder's Social Security Number and Electronic Password.

Then click on "Enter";

Step 2.

There are two different ways to access the payments section.

The easiest to click on the "Pay Account" option on the main tab of the app takes the user directly to the payment via barcode.

But it is also possible to access from the Menu, which is in the upper left corner.

A number of options will be displayed, and simply find "Payments";

Step 3.

Payment can be made via barcode reader, or by entering the number manually.

In the first case, the app accesses the camera phone to read.

Already in the option "Enter the barcode", I need to enter the numbers.

If the user has copied the barcode to the download area, the app identifies and gives an autocomplete option;

Step 4.

Regardless of the method chosen, the user is redirected to a page that displays all the payment details of the account.

Check the data, choose whether you want to pay today or schedule the payment.

In this second option, a calendar is displayed for the user to select the date the payment is to be made.

A second confirmation page will be displayed.

Just check the data again and click "Pay" to finish the payment process;
