Planoly is a website that lets you organize your Instagram feed and schedule publications without installing anything on your PC. With free features, the tool uses social account integration to follow hashtags, schedule posts in both the feed and Instagram Stories, find royalty-free images for new posts, and check the performance of previously posted content.

To access Planoly, you need to add your Instagram account and perform a quick user registration on the service. Although it contains exclusive subscriber features, the free version of the tool offers management that can help you better organize Instagram accounts on your computer. How to create a Planoly account
Step 1. Go to the website (planoly) and press the "Sign Up With Instagram" button;

Step 2. Make sure your Instagram account is logged into the web version of the photo network. At Planoly, use the "Continue as (your Instagram username on Instagram)" button to connect accounts;

Step 3. You must authorize Planoly to use your Instagram data. To do this, press the "Authorize" button;

Step 4. To complete your registration, enter your full name, email and choose a password to access the service. Check the "Complete Registration" option to access your Planoly account.

How to use the main functions of Planoly
Step 1. In the upper left corner, use the "S" button to create a new story, the page icon to create a multi-media post, "Add New Media" to create a single media post, the game's icon old to create groups of hastags you want to follow and the last icon to select images from your Instagram. For this example we will use the "Add New Media" option, but the other features are configured equally;

Step 2. Choose where you want to import the image into the new post. For this example, we will use the "My Computer" option;

Step 3. When you open the file explorer window of the computer, open a folder and select the image you want to use. To proceed, press the "Open" button;

Step 4. In the website feed in the left part of the screen, select the photo you just imported;

Step 5. Choose the "Schedule Date" option to start the posting schedule;

Step 6. Set a date and time for the post to be posted to your Instagram;

Step 7. Set the description of your post and press "Save" to store the post. It will be released on your Instagram exactly on the date you just set;

Step 8. Access the "Drafts" tab to view the tool for creating post groups;

Step 9. Create new Drafts and organize posts within them. This tool can help you define types of follower engagements or specific themes you want to share on your Instagram. To proceed, go to the "Discover" tab;

Step 10. The page displays the "Users" options for fetching other profiles and "Hashtags" for monitoring hashtags. In this example, we will use the last option, "Free Stock Photos", which searches for royalty-free images;

Step 11. The platform will display multiple photos and even allow you to search for specific images using the search bar. To post one of these photos to your Instagram, select the image you choose;

Step 12. The image will be loaded into the tool to compose a new post. Set a date and description to set the post. That done, press the "Save" option in the lower right corner;

Step 13. In the "Analyze" tab, check which posts have the most followers involvement on your profile. Preview lets you see page performance in the week, month, or year (premium feature). The page displays the number of page followers, comments, and other data that can be analyzed and used to optimize new Instagram posts.
