Microsoft Word is able to create school labels easily. The text editor allows you to set up an entire page with various labels that can be customized with the student's name, grade, school and other information. How to make simple labels in Word
Step 1. Open a blank document in Word and select the Mailings tab. Then click on Tags in the left corner of the screen;

Step 2. Enter the student information in the Address field. Then go to Opes;

Step 3. On this page, select the printer to use. If you are using a sticker label sheet, enter the vendor brand and product type so that the program creates the stickers in the correct format. If you want to print on a plain A4 sheet, select a generic template. For this example, we use the "Avery US Letter" vendor and the "5160 Easy Peel Address Labels" template;

Step 4. Tap "Details" to determine the margin between one label and another. The template used in this tutorial inserts a space automatically to make it easier to cut. Finish on "OK";

Step 5. If you want to print the labels immediately, tap "Print". If you want to see the page with the labels ready, touch "New Document";

To create custom labels
Step 1. Open a new document by clicking File and then New. Then type the word Tags in the search bar;
