Step 1. Word creates documents, by default, vertically. Before starting to create a folder, access the Layout tab and click on Orientation to choose the Landscape (horizontal) format;

Step 2. A simple two-fold folder can be created by dividing the Word page into three columns. Select this option on the Layout tab, in the Columns item;

Step 3. On the first sheet there will be the external content of the folder. Fill in the columns so that the information is in the correct order after printing. The first column represents the core, seen when opening the material. The second the verse and the third the cover;

Step 1. Word offers folder templates to use in a simple way. They can be downloaded within the program, as long as the PC has an active Internet connection. To find templates, access the File> New menu;

Step 2. Use the search bar at the top to search for models with the term brochures. Then, select one of the options listed on the screen;

Step 3. When selecting a free template, Word shows the characteristics and size of the download. Click Create to download and start editing;
