WhatsApp informs the sender when the voice messages were heard even after deactivating "last seen", which indicates when you were last online. The information can be checked on the audio itself, which is check blue in color after being heard. However, a simple trick for Android and iPhone (iOS) allows you to listen to audio without being reported: just forward the content to yourself before playing.

Step 1. Save your own number to the phonebook. To do this, open the dialer and enter your phone. Then, tap "Add Number" and "Create New Contact". Enter your personal information and press "OK" in the upper right corner of the screen.

Step 2. Now, on WhatsApp, find the audio that someone sent you. Hold it down for a while and choose "Forward". Then tap on the arrow icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.

Step 3. Type your name in the search box. The option "You" will be displayed and you will need to check it. Finally, tap "Forward". The chat with yourself will be open. Just listen to the audio normally.

Step 1. Save your number to the phonebook. To do this, open the dialer and enter your phone. Then tap on "Create new contact number". Enter your personal information and tap the button located in the upper right corner of the screen.

Step 2. Now, still in the phonebook, open all contact options and tap on "Chat with (your number)". WhatsApp is open and, in it, just send any message. The idea that the contact stays in recent conversations.

Step 3. Locate the audio you want to hear and tap the share button, on the right. Then, select your number from the "Frequent Contacts" list and tap on the green button to forward.
