How to learn to speak French with Memrise

Step 1. Download and install the Memrise app on your phone. When opening it for the first time, tap "Select a language" and choose French. Then, select your beginner or intermediate level;

Step 2. Now, create a free Memrise account. To do this, use Facebook, Google data or enter your email address and register a password. On the next screen, tap "Maybe later" to use the free version of the app;

Step 3. The free French course will start automatically. The words and phrases will be presented by native speakers. Slide the screen to the side to hear the narration more clearly. You can repeat the words to learn how to speak French;

Step 4. Slide the screen up to add notes. Touch "Help me learn this" to add notes. After making the desired notes, tap "Save Mem" in the upper right corner, and proceed to the next word or question by tapping "Understood!";

Step 7. If you want to change your daily study goal, tap on the button indicated at the top right of the screen and select the number of words you want to learn on the day;
