How to insert individual line

Step 1. To open a pre-filled spreadsheet, go to Open, then Browse. When the File Pane opens, look for an existing Excel document and press Open;

Step 2. With the document open, select the cell above which you want to insert a blank line;

Step 3. With the row selected, right-click the selected cell. Then go to Insert and press the Rows from Table Above option. The new blank line appears in the worksheet above the selected line.

How to insert multiple lines

Step 1. Select the number of cells equivalent to the number of rows you want to add. For example, if you want to add three lines, select three cells above which you want to insert blank lines;

Step 2. With the lines selected, right-click on the cells. Then press Insert from the context menu and then Table Rows Above. New blank lines will appear in the spreadsheet above the selected cells.
