ZAP Rental, the ZAP Imveis application designed exclusively for property rental, is an interesting option for users looking for rental properties. The application is available for Android and iPhone (iOS) and has tools that promise to personalize the search and help you find the ideal property for each profile.
In the application, it is possible to select a specific area on the map to search for houses, apartments, shops and other types of real estate available for rent. Users also have the possibility to refine their search through price, number of rooms and size.

Free Facebook registration
Although it is not necessary to log in to search for properties in the app, some features such as making advertisements and contacting advertisers require registration, which can be done in a simple way with Facebook.
Step 1. When opening the application, click on "Start Now". The program will show you some main functions and then ask if you want to log in or continue. Click on "Login".

Step 2. In this part, the user can only log in or make a quick registration. If you do not have an account, click on "Register". The quickest and easiest way to register through Facebook. Go to "Register with Facebook".

Step 3. Now, just release the permissions for the application. In the opened window, go to "Sign in with the Facebook application" and then click "Continue". Okay, after that you will have access to the ZAP Rental app.

Step 1. To search for properties through different categories, click on "Refine Search". If you want, you can also refine your search by clicking on the search icon on the right side. On this page, some filters will be available. Click in the text box and type the location of your choice.

Step 2. Then, select the type of property you are interested in. You can choose between residential, commercial and even rural options, or display them all by leaving "All Properties" checked. In case of an apartment, check "Apartment Standard".

Step 3. To filter the properties according to the price, click on "Price Range". The app will open a box with some options. Mark the minimum and maximum price according to your preferences.
Remember to mark, in the dialog box on the side, if the maximum value should be attributed only to the rent and the value of the condominium together. We have selected that properties of up to R $ 3,500 already include the tax in this amount.

Step 4. Then select the size, always in square meters, of the ideal property for you. Click on "area" and then set the maximum and minimum values.
In the buttons at the bottom, you can also choose how many rooms, suites and parking spaces you want. Just click on the desired number. At the end, click "Apply" for the app to show the results.

View information and contact advertisers
The ZAP Rental disposes the properties in the form of a timeline, showing the filtered results with a main photo and some icons informing more details.
Step 1. To view more information, such as photos, price and details of the property – such as the contact details of the advertisers -, click on the property option of interest. At the beginning of the page it will be possible to view the value of the condominium, property tax and the number of rooms.

Step 2. Just swipe down to read a brief description of the property by the advertiser. It is still possible to check the listing code and real estate data – or who offers the property for lease. If you want, contact the advertiser directly using the "Call" button.

Step 1. To view all the results obtained through the map, click on "Map" at the top of the page. With this, it will be possible to check the layout of the properties on the map and also check the proximity to bus stops, subways and leisure options.
ZAP Rental divides the results into clusters. To check each one, just click on the number – which indicates the number of properties in that location.

Step 2. The app also allows you to draw on the map, selecting a specific location to display results. To do this, click on the "Draw" icon at the bottom right and then circle your location of interest on the map.

Save filters and activate notifications
If the user has not found a property of interest, the application gives you the option to save the search filters and also notify you when a new, more profitable option appears with those specifications.
Step 1. Click on the bell icon at the top left to activate notifications of new properties. In the open window, choose a name for the alert and check the option "I want to be warned". Choose whether the notices will be daily or weekly, in the morning or afternoon.
