Instagram allows users to use old Stories to create new featured pictures on their profile. The feature, available in the app for iPhone (iOS) and Android smartphones, is ideal for searching past stories that had a great audience and putting them in prominence again as Highlights.

How to Make Stories on Instagram
Step 1. Open Instagram and go to your profile page, in the person icon at the bottom right. Then, tap on the "New" option, just above your feed;

Step 2. Your old stories will be displayed on the screen with the date they were shared. Select the ones you want to highlight and tap "Next". On the page that opens next, choose "Edit cover", option below the circle;

Step 3. Tap the thumbnail of your choice in the bottom bar, then select "Finish" in the upper right corner. In the next window, enter a name for the board and tap "Finish" again;

Step 4. Your new board with old stories will appear for users who access your profile.
