Facebook has a feature that allows you to evaluate advertisers on the social network. The purpose of the new function is to identify common dissatisfactions. We talked to people who bought from Facebook advertisers, and the two biggest frustrations we heard were that they don't like ads that mention inaccurate shipping times or that misrepresent products, explains a post on the network's official blog.
The new tool is already available all over the world, in the Activities area of recent advertising, which relates the latest advertisements with which people interacted in some way. If you have consumed a product or service from one of these brands, you can share how the experience was through a brief questionnaire with multiple choice answers and, if you wish, give an opinion in full.

Companies that achieve a very high volume of negative comments will receive reviews from buyers so that they can evaluate them and implement the necessary improvements. If this does not happen, the number of advertisements of that company on the platform will be reduced and, if complaints continue, the advertiser may even be banned.
Here’s how to use the feedback tool on your computer and the Facebook mobile app. Remember that users should only evaluate companies with experience of purchasing or consuming services.

Step 3. Next, ask yourself a question or a few questions about your experience with the brand. Touch the corresponding answer or Skip if you don't know or don't want to answer. At the end, the social network requests a written report, telling how the interaction with the advertiser was. After writing (which is not mandatory, the user can leave the text box empty), just click on Submit to complete the evaluation process.
