Twitter has a two-step verification system. When enabled, in addition to the username and password, it is necessary to confirm your identity with a code received by SMS, on your cell phone, to log in to new devices. This considerably increases the security of the account and prevents it from being hacked in case of password leaks, such as what may have happened recently.
In this tutorial, see how to enable two-step verification of Twitter by mobile to protect your social network account. The walkthrough was performed on an iPhone (iOS), but the tips are also valid for Android users.
