Step 1. Access Google Drive (web version);

Step 2. Search for the PDF document you want to edit;

Step 3. In "Open with", click on the arrow and choose "DocHub";

Step 4. The DocHub application will ask for your account authorization, just click on "Allow";

Step 5. Now that you have access to DocHub, you will be able to use the available tools. To write something in the document, click on "Text" (indicated by the letter A) and select where you want to write;

Step 6. To draw in the file or use some shapes or arrows, click on "Pen" (indicated by the pen);

Step 7. To mark some part of the document, select the highlighter, under "Highlight". Then click on the yellow ball, if you want to change the color of the mark;

Step 8. To insert a comment, click in the dialog box, under "Comment", and place the comment mark where you want it in the PDF text. Then, just type the comment in the box that appears next to the document;

Step 9. Anything inserted by DocHub can also be deleted. Just hover your mouse over the box (be it text, markup, drawing, etc.) and click on the "x" that appears;

Step 10. DocHub also allows you to delete some of the text using the eraser ("Whiteout"), which is nothing more than a white stripe over the part you want to delete;

Step 11. It is also possible to insert symbols in the documents, using the "Stamp" tool. After choosing, you can change their color, size and outline;

Step 12. Another tool available is to insert images in the document. Just click on "Insert image" and select an image from the computer;

Step 13. Finally, if you need to share the document with others, for them to complete it, click on "Manage Fields". Then enter the email address of the person you want to share the PDF with;

Step 14. DocHub also allows you to sign PDFs. To do this, just click on "Sign" and use a signature already created. For those who have not yet created a signature, you can click on "Create Signature";

Step 15. You can use your phone to sign, upload a signature, if you already have it on your computer, or draw directly on your computer. For the latter option, click on "Draw";

Step 16. Draw in the blank space. If something goes wrong, click "Clear"; when finished, select "Save as Default";

Step 17. To insert in the document, just go back to "Sign" and choose the last signature. Then, place it in the position you want in the document.
