Pixlr Express offers the blurred effect feature to highlight a specific element of the photo, similar to the iPhone portrait mode or Instagram's focus filter.
Step 1. To use the effect, go to the "Adjusments" box and select the "Focal" option;

Step 2. A new screen will open, with three different tabs. Each of them for a specific type of focus. Choose the one that suits you best. The "Blurring" option indicates how much blur you want to give the image, "Color boost" allows you to add more color to a specific element of the image to make it more alive and "Glow boost" provides more brightness at some point in the image.
