Step 1. Access the TSE website (http://www.tse.jus.br/eleicoes/eleicoes-2018/propostas-de-candidatos) and find the government proposal of the candidate you want to know. To start the download process, click on "Download proposal" in the right corner of the screen;

Step 2. With the proposal open in the browser, go to the download icon in the upper right corner of the screen;

Step 3. Download the proposal on the PC. An interesting tip is to rename the file name before downloading to find it easily;
