Chrome, by default, opens PDF file links in a new tab. However, for those who do not want to use the browser as a document reader in the format, it is possible to disable the feature in the application's settings.
After the change, the PDF items will be downloaded and saved in the default downloads folder and will be accessible in another reader of your choice, such as Adobe Acrobat, for example. Check out the step by step below how to perform the process in the Google browser and automatically save files of the kind on your computer.
