Step 1. In macOS Catalina, open the TV app and go to the "Watch Now" tab. Then locate the content you want to download;

Step 2. On the series or movie information page, press the "Download" option to download the first unplayed episode. In the case of series, scroll down to find the other episodes;

Step 3. You can follow the download progress by clicking on the left button of the search field in the upper right corner of the window;

Step 4. The downloaded content can be found in the "Library" tab;

Step 5. To remove a downloaded file and free up hard drive space on your computer, right click on it and go to "Delete from Library".
