Step 1. Open the Start Menu and search for Windows Defender. Click on the cone to open the program;

Step 2. On the home screen, go to "Tools" in the top menu;

Step 5. Uncheck the box next to "Use this program" and click "Save" to proceed;

Step 6. At the end, Defender issues an alert about disabling the feature. Remember to install another antivirus immediately so as not to be unprotected. In the future, if you want to remove the antivirus and reactivate Defender, just repeat the procedure.
