Step 1. Open iPhone settings and tap "Siri and Search". Then open "Siri History and Saying";

How to disable data sending
Step 1. From the home screen of the iPhone Settings app, go to "Privacy" and open "Review and Enhancements" at the bottom of the screen;

Step 2. Finally, turn off the "Improve Siri and Dictation" option to prevent Apple from collecting Siri-related audio recordings on your iPhone.
