"Long ago," say, about four years ago, it was very common for people to buy their ringtones for a certain amount in reais or euros. Some cost a lot and, finally, they did not resemble the pop songs which they should look like. However, no one stopped buying them, since a slight resemblance to the musical successes of the time was better than nothing. It's funny to talk about it like it was 30 years ago, but it was just yesterday. Nowadays, that has all changed: now you can download a free android app and with him make his own ringtones. That's right: just the way you want it!
How to create a ringtone for your Android:
The process for Android users considerably simpler than for those in Apple, since the iPhone is required to edit from iTunes files. Take for example our post Ringdroid. Download the app and make sure the songs you want to make ringtones from are saved to your SD card and not "in the clouds".
When you open the app you will see a list of your songs and a search bar, as well as a button to record a new ringtone. You can use this button either to record a ringtone with your own voice or by taking the microphone to a speaker. We are assuming here that your interest is to create ringtones of sounds or music already in your phone. Then, the correct step is to click on the blue upside down triangle and select "Edit" from the pop-up menu.
From there you will see a graphic representation of the chosen sound. To edit it, simply move the two vertical dotted lines left or right. This will allow you to select the music track that suits you best and should be played. You can zoom in on that graph to edit from every second of the song. Once that's done, click the save button, name your ringtone, associate it with a specific contact, or make it your primary ringtone. Ready done! Easy, isn't it?
