Step 1. Open your profile on the Vigo Video app and tap on one of your videos. Then, tap the arrow icon at the bottom right of the screen to access sharing options on social networks;

Step 2. Then, tap the Instagram icon. You can choose to post the video on your profile or on Instagram Stories. At that moment, tap on "History";

Step 3. When you are redirected to Instagram, you can also decorate the video however you want with the Stories' own tools. When you're happy, tap "Send to". Now, choose if you want to send the video as a direct message to a friend or, as in this tutorial, use the "Share" option to post to Stories.
