That said, some tips can be given: the first one, of course, is to use the strongest password possible after all, we are talking about an account in which you will deposit a huge amount of personal data, some of which are very sensitive; As much as Apple's security features are increasingly solid, they are worthless if your password is blink182, qwerty or something like that. In this sense, the use of a password manager is highly recommended not only for this, but for your digital life as a whole.
It is also worth, of course, activating the authentication of two factors in the account to ensure maximum security against attacks and invasions.
In addition, you can add other secondary email addresses of your own so that your contacts can easily find you in the ecosystem; It is also possible to set up a payment method (such as a credit card) beforehand that will be linked to your account for all transactions carried out thereafter, such as purchases on the App Store or rentals on the iTunes Store.
How to delete an Apple ID
Turning off Apple's digital ecosystem was a little more laborious (after all, it involved deleting many gigabytes of data spread over a number of services and software, since it was simply not possible to delete an account). But this is no longer the case. Fortunately, Ma introduced a new page specially dedicated to the task a few weeks ago and basically everything you could want in this process is there.
The page Data and privacy offers an easy way to permanently delete your account or correct personal data / information; keep in mind, however, that when you perform the first option, * all * your data will be permanently erased.
It is worth noting that the page already offers, for accounts in some countries in Europe, more advanced options possible, for example, requesting to download a copy of all your saved data and files, which is beneficial considering the work that goes into each service to download photos, documents and the like before sending everything to space. You can also temporarily disable your account, instead of deleting it forever.
These features are expected to reach the rest of the world in the coming months if they are important to you, it may be the case to hold on a little longer before erasing your Apple ID.
