As you all know, bookmarks allow quick access to frequently visited sites. On your smartphone or tablet, you can also create a favorite website icon and place it directly on your homescreen. In this tutorial I will use Chrome, but the process is similar for most browsers. So let's go there.

  • Open in the browser the website for which you want to create the icon;
  • Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner (context menu) and select the star symbol to create the favorite;
fav "sizes =" (max-width: 806px) calc (100vw - 24px), (max-width: 995px) 782px, (max-width: 1216px) calc (2 * (100vw - 30px) / 3) + 15px - 24px), 782px "src =" https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/4800583/image/fav-w620.jpg "srcset =" https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/4800583/image/ fav-w620.jpg 620w, https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/4800583/image/fav-w596.jpg 596w, https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/4800583/image/fav-w450. jpg 450w, https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/4800583/image/fav-w336.jpg 336w, https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/4800583/image/fav-w300.jpg 300w "class = "lazyload" />

<li>With that, you enter the category <em>Add favorite</em>. Here you can also rename the bookmark and determine a folder for it.</li>
</ul>

  • After setting the bookmark, open the bookmarks folder by clicking on the context menu. If you have not chosen any folder, your favorite will be in the folder Google Mobile Favorites. Click on it long and a menu with options will appear.
  • Choose in this menu the point Add home screen.
fav2 "sizes =" (max-width: 806px) calc (100vw - 24px), (max-width: 995px) 782px, (max-width: 1216px) calc (2 * (100vw - 30px) / 3) + 15px - 24px), 782px "src =" https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/4800583/image/fav2-w620.jpg "srcset =" https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/4800583/image/ fav2-w620.jpg 620w, https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/4800583/image/fav2-w596.jpg 596w, https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/4800583/image/fav2-w450. jpg 450w, https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/4800583/image/fav2-w336.jpg 336w, https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/4800583/image/fav2-w300.jpg 300w "class = "lazyload" />
... and go pop up the menu to add it home screen. / AndroidPIT
