YouTube allows you to add video comments on your Android or iPhone (iOS) phone. The function is below the suggested videos as related content, just slide the screen up. In addition to adding a new message, interested parties can also respond to interactions in their comments, edit or delete them. The feature is useful as it allows you to explore more options of the audiovisual platform.
In the following tutorial, learn how to comment on YouTube videos from your mobile phone. Please note that the option is not available for videos with blocked comments. The procedure was performed on a Moto E5 Plus with Google's Android 8.0 Oreo, but the tips also apply to users of the Apple OS phone.

Step 1. Open the video you want to comment on YouTube and scroll down to the comment section. Then go to "Add a public comment …";

Step 2. Write the comment and tap the upload icon to post. It will appear at the beginning of the list, just below the comment set by the video author;

Step 3. If your comment receives replies, tap on it to view and add new replies. To do this, select "Add a public response …" and write another comment;

Step 4. To delete or edit a comment or reply, tap the three dot button, which appears in the bottom right corner of the comment. From the drop down menu, choose whether to edit or remove. In the latter case, confirm the action under "Delete".
