How to claim on the Free Market | E-commerce

Mercado Livre is an online buying and selling platform accessible via the web on the PC or by cell phone, via iPhone (iOS) and Android applications. The website allows you to carry out commercial transactions and also guarantees the consumer the right to file a complaint if there is a problem with the product with the purchase or sale. Complaints are usually resolved between the parties involved, but Mercado Livre itself can intercede if the customer and seller do not reach an agreement. Learn how to complete the process in the following tutorial.
