Step 1. Open the WhatsApp contacts page and select the «New contact» option. On the next page, enter the name and phone number of Alelo (4004-7733);

Step 2. Send a message to the Alelo Access Center number, 4004-7733. After that, the assistant will ask for your CPF so that the user can consult the terms of use of the application. Then, you need to enter the last six numbers on the meal voucher card;

Step 3. The Alelo assistant will display the balance of your Alelo Meal, Food or other benefit. The next message will ask if the user wants to view the last five transactions.
