Step 1. Open WhatsApp Business and tap on the main menu, represented by three dots. Then go to "Settings".

Step 2. Tap on your company name (in this example, "RF Journalism"). Then touch the pencil cone.

Step 3. Delete the previous name or type the new one. Press the "OK" button and, in the dialog box that will open, tap "Continue".

Step 4. The application will take a few seconds to make the change. When the process is completed, WhatsApp Business informs you that the name has been successfully updated. Touch "OK".
