Step 1. After contacting the establishment to cancel the purchase, open the Nubank app. Tap on the amount of your current invoice to open the shopping list. Then, select the purchase you want to dispute;

Step 2. Now, tap "Report a problem" at the bottom of the screen. Select the options applicable to your case and use the arrow icon indicated to proceed;

Step 3. When prompted, tap "Send receipt" to attach the necessary documents. You can use the camera, upload photos from the gallery or files;

Step 4. Provide details on the reason for the cancellation and proceed. Finally, tap "OK" to confirm the submission of the dispute. Your case will be reviewed in up to three business days and you will receive a response by email.
