Step 1. Install PicsArt on your phone. When opening it for the first time, create a free account or tap "Skip" in the upper right corner of the screen. Then, tap on the "X" in the upper left corner to use the free version of the app and edit the image online;

Step 2. If necessary, authorize the application to access your photo gallery by tapping "Allow". Now, at the top of the screen, choose the photo you want to edit. Touch "All Photos" to open the camera roll;

Step 5. To insert blurred edges, access the "Image" option and select the same photo in the thumbnails. Use the slider bar above to change the blur. After making all the desired edits, touch the button in the upper right corner;
