Step 1. Open Power Point and start a blank presentation.

Step 2. Open the Design tab to change the size of the slide. From the menu, choose Slide Size and then Custom Slide Size.

Step 3. In the dialog box that appears on the screen, you can fill in the dimensions manually or choose predetermined formats. For this example, we select the size A4. Also change the page orientation between portrait and landscape if you wish. Confirm it by clicking Ok.

Step 4. To add a background image, go to the Design tab and choose Format Background. Then select an image from the PowerPoint catalog or upload an image from your computer by clicking "File."

Step 5. Use the text boxes to add the phrases you want.

Step 6. To add an image, go to the Insert tab and choose Images. Then select the file in your folder and press "Insert".

Step 7. To add elements and graphic shapes, go to Insert and then Shapes. Select the item you want and adjust its size as you wish.

Step 8. At the end of the edit, click File in the upper left corner and choose Save As to save the image to your computer or Print to Send Direct to Print.
