The app for Android and iPhone (iOS) phones promises to provide a feed control by reporting caloric details of the food eaten in meals. In addition, the service allows you to apply a goal so that the user does not overeat. Aligned with regular exercise that can be noted on the platform people can maintain a healthier lifestyle.
Other functions available in the tool allow you to view comparative graphs of the amount of daily calories, as well as nutritional values of cholesterol, saturated fat and carbohydrates. The system can also count more accurately recipes by simply informing the ingredients used. Use of the app does not require specialized medical monitoring. Step 1. Download the Food Diary from dnetc page. When you open the app, select the goal from the main screen and go to "Sign in". Then set the frequency and times you want to update the meal directory. Continue on "Proceed";

Step 2. On the next screen, under "Lunch", tap the red icon with a "+" sign to include the foods that will be eaten in that meal. The same can be done for other meals ("Breakfast", "Dinner" and "Snack"). Define the portions that will be consumed and confirm in the icon in the right corner of the screen;

Step 3. Once that is done, swipe right on the screen and select "Weight". Enter your current weight and complete by tapping "OK". Swipe to the right and tap "Exercise" to note the amount of daily physical activity. The user must also define the exercise type and duration;

Step 4. From the menu in the left corner of the screen, select "Daily" to see the amount of calories consumed. The same can be done for "Total Fat" and other options such as "Saturated Fat", "Protein", "Fibers", "Carbohydrates", "Cholesterol";

Step 5. The menu also offers the "Report" option with which you can see a comparison of the nutritional values of the meals. The section provides a specific graph for calories and other nutritional values. To view them, simply drag the screen up with your finger;

Step 6. The "Recipes" option, available in the app menu, allows you to include specific foods from some more personalized meal. In the red cone with "+", add the recipe. Confirm in the "" cone, located in the right corner of the screen;

Step 7. With the "Goals" option from the main menu, set the nutritional information that should be consumed in the daily goal. In "Today", another menu item, the user will be informed if he is fulfilling or not the goal set.
