You can align Word text horizontally and vertically to determine the appearance and orientation of paragraph borders on pages. How to align left or right text
Step 1. To align the left text, select the desired text and press the Align Left option in the Paragraphs menu. The keyboard command Ctrl + Q will also make the adjustment;

Step 2. To align the right text, just select Align Right from the same menu. The corresponding keyboard command Ctrl + G.

Step 1. To justify the text, select the desired text and choose the Justify option from the paragraph menu, or use the keyboard command Ctrl + J;

Step 2. Another option is to click on the dialog box launcher from the paragraph menu and, in the Alignment option, to choose the Justified option.

How to center text horizontally
To center the text horizontally, select the text and check the Center option in the paragraph menu. On the keyboard you can use the command Ctrl + E.

How to center text vertically
Step 1. To center the text vertically between the top and bottom margins, select the text and press the Page Layout tab. Then select the dialog box launcher in the Page Setup field on the left side of the top menu;

Step 2. Access the Layout tab and, in the Vertical Alignment field, select the Centered option;
