How to add trusted contacts on Uber | Productivity

Uber has a tool that offers an important security feature for users. Available for iPhone (iOS) and Android smartphones, the Trusted Contacts feature allows you to add people to your user profile to share races in an Uber car in real time. The ideal resource for women traveling alone, the elderly and users who value more safety.

The application allows you to add up to five trusted contacts who will receive alerts of your runs on their cell phones. Once the configuration is defined, a share button will be presented as soon as a driver accepts your race order. That way, even before you enter the vehicle, your friend or family member will be notified.

To test the tool, we used an iPhone 7 updated with iOS 11. However, as the standardized application, the steps to follow are the same in the version of the Android app.
