Step 1. Open WhatsApp Web, the group in which you want to add or remove an administrator. Then click on the button located in the upper right corner of the conversation screen and go to "Group data";

Step 2. Access the list of participants and right-click on the member you want to become an administrator. In the displayed menu, click on "Set as group administrator";
