1. What and how does the AcessoCard work?
Access is a prepaid card, so I need to charge it first to use it for purchases. To buy the card, you need to access the sales page (comprarcartoo.meuacesso.br) and select which of the available cards you want.

2. What are the AccessCard rates and limits?
Although almost all transactions are made online and through the application, AcessoCard charges some fees from users. The monthly fee for card management is R $ 5.95, but the amount is not charged if there is no balance on the card. The free recharge rate via DOC, TED, boleto, debit and deposit from R $ 500.

There is no subscription fee for the virtual card and other cards with a top-up charge of R $ 100. However, a fee of R $ 14.95 is charged for cards with a charge of less than R $ 100. 5. How to recharge the AcessoCard?
It is possible to recharge the AcessoCard by bank slip, bank account, identified deposit, DOC or TED and at partner stores and supermarkets. To load the card by boleto in the app, tap on Recharge card and then on bank slip. Choose the amount of the recharge and, finally, tap on generate bill. The code can be copied or sent by email to make the payment.
The debit option is available to Ita and Banco do Brasil customers. In the identified deposit option, the user must go to one of the accredited banks (Ita, Bradesco or Banco do Brasil) and make the deposit in cash in the bank account.
Via TED or DOC, the customer must transfer the desired amount to the Santander Access account. In physical stores, the loading must be done in partner networks such as Extra and Po de Acar, with the option of deposits ranging from R $ 10 to R $ 500.

6. How does a prepaid card work compared to a debit card?
Although the debit card and the prepaid card have similarities, as they are based on account balance, the biggest difference is in the function. The debit card linked to a current account from which the balance to be used comes from, while the prepaid is recharged by the user with specific amounts.

8. Where to buy an AcessoCard and request a prepaid card?
To buy your own AcessoCard, access the card sales page (comprarcartao.meuacesso.br), and choose between the virtual card or the physical card. Then, fill in the fields with the CPF, e-mail and create a password. Then, the user must provide some personal data to complete the process.
