1. What and how does the AcessoCard work?

2. What are the AccessCard rates and limits?

Although almost all transactions are made online and through the application, AcessoCard charges some fees from users. The monthly fee for card management is R $ 5.95, but the amount is not charged if there is no balance on the card. The free recharge rate via DOC, TED, boleto, debit and deposit from R $ 500.

5. How to recharge the AcessoCard?

It is possible to recharge the AcessoCard by bank slip, bank account, identified deposit, DOC or TED and at partner stores and supermarkets. To load the card by boleto in the app, tap on Recharge card and then on bank slip. Choose the amount of the recharge and, finally, tap on generate bill. The code can be copied or sent by email to make the payment.

The debit option is available to Ita and Banco do Brasil customers. In the identified deposit option, the user must go to one of the accredited banks (Ita, Bradesco or Banco do Brasil) and make the deposit in cash in the bank account.

6. How does a prepaid card work compared to a debit card?

Although the debit card and the prepaid card have similarities, as they are based on account balance, the biggest difference is in the function. The debit card linked to a current account from which the balance to be used comes from, while the prepaid is recharged by the user with specific amounts.
