If you are a gamer you have certainly heard of Agent 47, or played a title in the franchise Hitman. But if you’ve never played, don’t despair, you can change that fact this weekend. Hitman’s beta is open from March 4 to March 7, exclusively for all Playstation Plus killers.
Hitman is a stealthy action adventure game developed by IO Interactive and published by Square Enix for PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One. Its release is scheduled for March 11, 2016. Unlike the other games in the franchise, Hitman will be released episodically, totaling 7 episodes.
The beta contains the game’s prologue, set 20 years ago, in a secret recruitment and training unit, ICA (International Contract Agency). It is a unique mission and also shows Agent 47’s first encounter with Diana Burnwood. That is, the beta serves as a predecessor to this episodic series.
