Google today announced a new feature in the Google Drive Sheets editor: the ability for Histogram-style graphics.
The Google Help Center explains how it works:
βA histogram shows the distribution of a data set. In the first column of the spreadsheet, place markers for your data groups. In subsequent columns, place numeric values, each representing items in a distribution. Only one column of data is needed to generate the histogram. For each column, the values ββfor all rows are grouped in numeric ranges. The histogram displays the number of values ββin each interval, using the height of each bar to represent the count of the values βββ.
