Test a haircut on your cell phone is possible with the Mary Kay Virtual Makeover app. Although focused on makeup, the app also serves to simulate new types of hairstyles. The tool features a variety of feminine hair styles so that the usuria can visualize the new look before actually changing. The result can either serve to show the hairdresser or just play simulate different looks.
The tutorial below teaches you how to use the app to see haircut. The app has versions for Android and iPhone (iOS) and works the same on both systems. It is noteworthy that Mary Kay platform has hairstyles and styles focused on men's hair.

Step 1. Install Mary Kay Virtual Makeover from dnetc, open the app and select the Portuguese language. If an advertisement window appears, close it. Then select the options "Take a photo" or "Upload a photo" to upload an image of your face;

Step 2. The app will guide you as the photo should look: with straight hair and face in a well-lit environment. Press "Continue" and select an image of yourself with these features, or if not, capture a new photo. When the image is loaded, drag it so that the oval shapes are over the eyes and the straight line in the center of the face. Tap the "Next" button when everything is ready;

Step 3. Slide the bar from the bottom of the screen until you reach "Hair." Tap this option and then select the desired cut type / style (short, medium, long or stuck);

Step 4. The different cuts will appear at the bottom of the screen in a bar. To test a cut, simply tap it and the hair is placed on your head;

Step 5. You can make adjustments if your hair does not fit your head perfectly. To do this, tap on the gray bar "Adjust look" and select "Position";

Step 6. Touch the photo area to enlarge it by hiding the tools on the side. Drag the virtual hair so that the root line is in the right place. If there are weird spaces in the hair trim, tap the image again to display the look adjustment bar and select "Format";

Step 7. Tap on the part of the hair you want to modify and drag it to get the desired shape. When your digital hair looks the way you want it, simply tap the photo to redisplay the app's tools;

Step 8. Tap "Menu" and select "Save this look" to save the image;

Step 9. You can do this as many times as you like. To view all saved haircuts, enter the menu and open "Your saved looks". Touch the image to enlarge it and share it if you like.
