Grin launched in Brazil, this Wednesday (11), Prime, a loyalty program that brings promotional values ​​in the rental of electric scooters and bicycles. The new service arrives in So Paulo first and requires the payment of a monthly fee. Program subscribers do not need to pay for the vehicle's unlock value for each race and have access to exclusive benefits.

Grin Prime charges a monthly fee of R $ 15, which allows users to rent electric scooters and bicycles, costing only the minutes of using the equipment (R $ 0.50 for scooters and R $ 0.05 for bikes). With the plan, customers are exempt from the unlock fee charged for each trip (R $ 3 for scooters and R $ 1 for bicycles).

To attract fans to the program, the company does not charge a monthly fee for the first 30 days of using the service. Anyone who wants to join the news can do so through the Grin app. Prime includes yellow bikes and green scooters, but scooters from the partnership with Rappi are not included in the program.

According to the company, the objective of the initiative is to make micromobility services more accessible to the public. Our subscription model is the first of many steps we plan to make our services an affordable travel alternative, which is good for users, but also for cities, explains Karim Hardane, general director of Grow in Brazil. The company, which manages the Grin and Yellow brands, also promises to announce other exclusive benefits to subscribers soon.
