The promotion 12 Days of Gifts it was not unanimous and many people were disappointed with it, as they expected Apple to make available more popular articles, such as TomTom Brasil, the 50 Shades of Gray trilogy or the Beatles discography. The proposal was never this and at no time did she imply that she would do that. But many only complained, without appreciating the initiative. A feather.
Another remarkable fact that happened was the mistake of the operator TIM (partner of the promotion) in sending text messages to its customers warning of a book that, in fact, was not free (read “Confusion: operator TIM induces customers to pay per book, unintentionally“). It is not yet known whose fault it was.
The promotion ended, at least at the beginning of the year. Some managed to enjoy something, others did not, but the important thing is that we had the opportunity to choose or not the gifts to download. And it’s always good to have a choice, let’s not forget that.
As bad as it was, I’m one that I’m hoping that Apple will repeat the promotion at the end of the year, for 12 more opportunities to find something I like. After all, present is present. ?
