Google's Nexus tablet has specs released

Details of Google's Nexus tablet, which is expected to be manufactured in the hands of Asus, appeared on a benchmarking site, Rightware.

According to specifications, the tablet, dubbed “Google Asus Nexus 7”, will have a 7-inch display (768 × 1280 resolution), quad-core NVidia Tegra 3 processor (which actually has a hidden fifth core), clock 1.3GHz and NVidia ULP GeForce unit for graphics processing.

As for the operating system, the Nexus tablet must be equipped with Android 4.1 or Android 5, known as “Jelly Bean”. Google and Asus have yet to release any plans or launch dates.
