Google released a video on Tuesday showing an illustration of what happens to an email after it is sent to Gmail. The initiative comes from the Google Green project.
The web giant highlights the security of its infrastructure, including a rigorous process for human intervention, including security cameras, eye scanners and digital cameras.
Meanwhile, there are a number of other preventive security measures such as automatic backup of users account and blocking infected messages.
The company also mentions server sharing among its products, thus allowing it to “do more with less”. That is, using the same servers and reducing power consumption.
