Google searches will start indexing content from iOS apps

For some time, users ofAndroidenjoy a very interesting feature brought about by the indexing technology of GoogleIt shows relevant application results in searches, even if they are not installed on your mobile phone.

Yesterday, Google announced that this feature will soon arrive foriOS. Generally speaking, developers will be able to add some lines of code to their apps, allowing Google to track and synchronize this data in searches similar to what happens today with web pages.

This means that, if you want to make a reservation at a specific restaurant, for example, by clicking on the link it will direct you directly to the restaurant application that allows the reservation. As in the image below:

According to Google, doing this indexing on mobile apps helps not only in improving search results, but also in the user experience. On the other hand, it favors the developer who can better exploit his communication with the target audience.

Google still reports that this process will start with a small group of apps in the coming weeks, but it has already guaranteed to work hard to speed up its expansion for everyone as soon as possible.
