This Tuesday (18), Google revealed which GIFs were most used by Brazilians in 2018. The top 10 was built from data from Tenor, a site that integrates the search engine for animated figurines from Google. The champion was "Wow Crying" (or "Wow crying"), in which a woman literally reproduces these actions: first she says "Wow" and then she starts to cry. Second place went to the confused dog, whose image was called "Huh? What?" The podium completed with "Oh My God", which shows a woman very surprised by something.
It is worth remembering that the search giant's partner GIF collection is connected to messenger applications such as Gboard, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and iMessage, among others, compatible with Android and iPhone (iOS) phones. In this way, the system is able to list the most loved animations by users of the software. The visual resource is useful, as it expands interaction and the way of communicating by allowing expressive scenes to be included in conversations.

The ranking joins other year-end lists released by the company. Among the curiosities presented by Google are also the most searched subjects in Brazil this year and the best apps of 2018 for Android.
