On Monday (3), Google released the list of the best Android apps available on the Brazilian Play Store in 2018. The main winners were the game PUBG Mobile, in the games category, and Drops: Learn 31 Languages, in the category apps. The winners were chosen by a panel of company experts.
This year, the public was also able to choose, for the first time, the best game and the best app for Android systems in the country, with the launch of the Popular Vote Prize category. The winners were Free Fire and Onefootball: Notcias de Futebol, respectively. According to Google, the category received 2.7 million votes from Brazilians.

In addition to Drops, the list of apps selected the best services in four other categories: more fun, better self-improvement, better daily helpers and better hidden treasures. The selection of games was also divided, listing the best games among the most competitive, most innovative, best indie and best casual.
Three Brazilian services appeared on the list of winners. Guiabolso was selected among the best self-improvement apps; Filmr entered the list of hidden treasures; and the Adventure Llama game, in the casual games category.
The award also selected the best films, books and audiobooks of 2018, with the most viewed titles by Android users. Check out the full list below.
