According to documents filed with the FCC (the American “Anatel”), the Google Pixel 2 will be manufactured by HTC and will have a pressure sensitive screen.
Equipped with Android 8.0.1, Google Pixel 2 will come with a display with a grip sensor, called “Active Edge”, which will compete directly with Apple’s 3D Touch and Samsung’s Force Touch.
Inside, the device would come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 (or 660) processor, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage.
The model will also have stereo speakers on its front, but without the headphone connector that must be removed.
Regarding the Google Pixel 2 XL, which is supposed to be manufactured by LG, the documents do not bring anything new.
