Google Photos suggests placing screenshots and documents in the archive

Google Photos began to alert users with the suggestion to save screen shots and photos of documents in the file.

The novelty uses Google’s machine learning to automatically recognize the context of the image and “clean up the mess”.

“It helps to organize your photos and hide those you don’t want to see often,” published Google.

Although still searchable through the search tool, archived photos will not be used to create movies or automatic animations.

To access the archived images, just open the side menu and tap on the “File” option. Images can be unarchived at any time.
