Google is constantly improving all of its services, and every 2 to 3 months releases an update, either for Google Maps, Google Calendar or, as in this case, for Gmail. THE mobile browser version has been updated today and now offers a redesigned interface that is easier to use.
The Gmail update for mobile device browsers is very similar to Google's launch for iOS in December, which offers an app-like interface with a cleaner design.
Like the new interface?
The new interface, which can also be found in Gmail offline mode, allows us to filter and access unread emails, a function that did not previously exist. The interface is now more organized, with tabs at the top, allowing us to access the other Google services.
In the screenshots below, you can see how Gmail, the Google Apps menu, and Google Calendar look like after the upgrade:
The update has been released for Android, BlackBerry, iOS and Kindle Fire browsers. What do you think of the new interface?
