Google Maps highlights maps created by users

Doing a search on Google Maps was sometimes no longer a simple task, and depending on the subject, a search was never enough to find the results you really want. The same issue also affected the maps created by users in the product.

Thinking of making an improvement in this aspect, Google announced a change very interesting that “groups” the information generated by its users, making access to multiple points with a single search. In the example illustrated above, you can easily view the locations where US presidents were born, using a simple search term.

If you want to view other results, it is also possible points such as: London Olympics 2012, United States Capitals, National Parks in the USA, among others.
