Created by Google?s cultural arm, the ?Cultural Institute?, the search engine announced today the launch of a new project that offers users the possibility of taking a virtual trip to more than 130 world heritage sites.
?You can visit Stonehenge, the Palace and Garden of Versailles, the ancient temples of Kyoto or The White City of Tel- Aviv. You can explore each site using Street View and watch related videos or browse photos and 3D models for more information, ?explained the Google team.
To navigate the Project Wonders of the World is simple: users can search by location or themes (eg archaeological sites, architecture, etc.). In the case of Brazil, the country is represented with three tourist points: the city of Diamantina, Ouro Preto and Bom Jesus do Congonhas.
